gathered shop in Front Royal VA [My "Meet A Maker" Day!]

I spent a cold, blustery Saturday at gathered, a shop in downtown Front Royal Virginia showcasing art and craft of over 50 regional artisans.  Owner Cadyn Speziale featured my work and an interview about my process and aspirations this month:

I really enjoyed Cadyn's questions. Component to the "Featured Artist" post is an in-store "Meet A Maker" event. So, I got to hang out with Cadyn and meet some really wonderful Front Royal residents. Made my Day.

For the occasion, I brought a new Virginia State Map Print featuring Front Royal icons, the Main Street clock and gazebo, with the city marked with a small red heart on the topographical map-drawing of the state - available as Prints and Postcards. Be sure to linger over the glass display case where you'll find Cadyn's own exquisite beaded cuff bracelets and collar necklaces. I've never seen anything so brilliant and love to see how Cadyn designs and stitches tiny glass beads together to create wearable fine art. The gems of gathered!
